U14 Premier Semi Final Enniskerry 9 – Little Bray 4

Saturday 11/04/15

A beautiful spring morning in the Bog Meadow, kick off at 11am, we were short two players so we drafted in Tom Crossingham from the U12s as keeper and Jonathan Kelly was enticed out of retirement to give us a dig out.

We started well and were two nil up within 15 minutes and then Little Bray started playing some very good football and piled the pressure on us and came back to lead by 3-2. The lads dug deep and started to move the ball about a bit quicker and we ended the first half 4-3 up. After a half time talk by Gary Ryan and stuffed with jaffa cakes the lads came out firing on all cylinders and played the flowing football they are capable of. The final whistle sounded and the score line read 9-4 to Enniskerry. Well done to all the team they deserved this win.

Team: Tom Crossinghan, Danny Delaney, Jack Corrigan, Glen Jordan, Jamie Doyle, Scott McCarthy, Matthew Hackett Delaney (C), Stephen Maguire, Colin Molloy, Josh Fortune, Grayson Slate and Jonathan Kelly.
